Yes — genuinely. You get your own isolated instance on Google Cloud, not a shared container with other users. Your conversations, connected accounts, and files never touch our servers. We cannot read them. Model traffic goes directly from your instance to whichever AI provider you've chosen (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — the same privacy model as using Claude or ChatGPT directly, without any extra data exposure layer.

Nobody at Mochi. Your conversations exist only between you, your private Google Cloud instance, and the AI model provider you've chosen. We have no access to conversation content, connected email, calendar, or any other account you've linked. Your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) will have their own data policies — we recommend reviewing those based on whichever model you choose.

Google Cloud is one of the most rigorously secured infrastructure platforms in the world — used by the NHS, major banks, and most large enterprises. Your Mochi instance runs on the same infrastructure. Beyond that, each instance is isolated at the container level, meaning even other Mochi customers can't access your environment. We also apply automatic security patches, so your instance stays up to date without you having to do anything.

Your agent stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your instance is deleted from Google Cloud — including all stored memory, connected account tokens, and conversation history. We don't retain any of it. If you want to export anything before you cancel, reach out and we'll help you do that.

Yes. We're UK and EU GDPR compliant. Your data is processed and stored within Google Cloud's European infrastructure. We maintain a full privacy policy available at agentmochi.ai/privacy. We're also working toward SOC2 certification for customers who need it — expected later in 2026.

Yes — and this is one of the things that makes Mochi genuinely different. You can build a whole team: a personal companion that manages your calendar and inbox, a finance agent that tracks your spending and savings, a builder agent that ships code and content. Each one has its own name, personality, and specialisation. Each one lives in Telegram as a separate contact. The parent Mochi agent coordinates them all — you send one message, it routes to the right specialist.
